Campagne zéro député élu, réélu en 2023 au Maniema : Commentaires des libres – penseurs

Résumé
L’Assemblée Provinciale est la première institution politique en Province. Cette classification
fait d’elle un milieu où toutes les questions de la vie sociale, politique, économique et
sécuritaire doivent être débattues. Etant l’émanation directe du souverain primaire, ce dernier
a tendance à dicter sa volonté pour orienter les élus dans leurs actions. A contrario, il s’observe
un écart total entre les actions des élus et la volonté des mandants. Au vue de cette réalité, la
nouvelle dynamique de la société civile/Maniema, a jugé opportun de lancer la campagne
« Zéro député élu, réélu en 2023 », dans le but de contrecarrer la réélection des élus de la
mandature en cours, estimant qu’ils n’ont pas été à la hauteur. Sur cette logique, notre étude
s’est proposée de recueillir les jugements ou les avis des libres – penseurs sur ce sujet. Pour
atteindre l’explication, nous avons fait appel à l’histoire immédiate. Cette démarche s’est aussi
appuyée sur la documentation, l’interview libre pour la récolte des données et l’analyse
quantitative nous a facilité le traitement. Après analyse et traitement des données, il s’est avéré
que, la majorité d’interviewés sont favorables pour non seulement, selon eux, de sanctionner
certains élus non actifs, mais aussi secouer le cocotier dans la classe politique du Maniema.
Notons ici que, cette étude est en rapport avec la sociologie électorale.

Abstract
The Provincial Assembly is the first political institution in the Province. This classification
makes it an environment where all questions of social, political, economic and security life must
be discussed. Being the direct emanation of the primary sovereign, the latter tends to dictate
his will to guide the elected officials in their actions. Conversely, there is a total gap between
the actions of elected officials and the will of constituents. In view of this reality, the new
dynamics of civil society / Maniema, considered it appropriate to launch the campaign “Zero
elected deputy, re-elected in 2023”, with the aim of thwarting the re-election of the elected
representatives of the current mandate, considering that they weren’t up to it. On this logic,
our study has proposed to collect the judgments or opinions of free thinkers on this subject. To
reach the explanation, we appealed to immediate history. This approach was also based on
the documentation and the free interview for the collection of data and the quantitative analysis
facilitated the processing. After analyzing and processing the data, it turned out that the
majority of respondents are in favor of not only, according to them, sanctioning certain elected officials, but also shaking the coconut tree in the political class of Maniema. Note here that
this study is related to electoral sociology.
